The villagers and its district put an important role in the local election. Money politics in the form of buying and selling votes between candidates and the voters happen here. It is considered dangerous because of the local election integrity damage. This research is a socio-legal research with data techniques carried out by in-depth interviews and literature study. There are several factors that influence money politics, such as cultural factors, poverty, education level, legal understanding, religious perception, weak government, fragile supervisory institutions and dull party institutions and political cadres. Hence, there is a need to build up Anti-Money Politic Village with the participation of social capital that can create district social movement of anti money politics.
